John is my first memory of Inmarsat, there was a mix up on the day I came in for my interview and I had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours, John kept coming to check on me, had little chats with me when he could, got me a hot chocolate and a slice of cake. He didn't have to, I was a 20 year old nobody but I'll never forget it. He was always such a great start and end of the day when coming in and out of the building. The kindest man, thank you for brightening up our days :)
